Kaylee took her first voice lesson in 2012 and decided to make singing a big part of her life. Through the years, she has performed in many musical theater productions, audition choirs, and solo performances. In 2020 she applied to become a voice teacher for the Institute for Vocal Advancement. She was accepted and is now a certified level-two voice instructor. Kaylee continues to train and grow her skills and abilities for her students and loves teaching others to find their voice.
She specializes in Musical Theatre with over 12 years of theater training and experience. She helps students find songs and prepare for their auditions, by coaching them through their audition songs, unlocking their voice, and developing their acting.
In her 12 years, Kaylee has been in many Musicals. Some of her favorite roles are Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street, Ellie Blake in Freaky Friday, Florence in Bright Star, and the Swing for all 5 Carols in Five Carols for Christmas.
While she specializes in Musical Theatre, she also has the ability to train her students in multiple styles: Pop, Jazz, Country, and more.
Kaylee loves her job. She loves helping others find the voice of their dreams, so they can unlock their ability to be incredible singers with proper technique and confidence. Some of her students have made their school audition choirs, been offered solo parts for choir concerts, sung the star-spangled banner, and made their audition-based school plays. She believes that “Everyone Deserves a Voice.”
